VINEYARD
PLANTING, SPRING
The second half of March is the perfect time for plantings. We try to successively/gradually increase the number of bushes and grafts from which our wine is made. Also, as soon as the juices begin to circulate, we bend the willow stalk into a guyot shape and prepare for an explosion of green.

SUMMER, CARING
The time for cleaning and care for the grapevines begins in spring and lasts all summer until the grape harvest. Cleaning of the trunks, topping and endless mowing in full sun, will be/is rewarded at the end of the day with a glass of chilled wine.

HARVEST, AUTUMN
The crowning achievement of the whole season is the grape harvest and preparation of the fruit for fermentation. Demanding, but also merry time, when family members and friends come to the rescue.

WINTER, PRUNING
In winter, we only seemingly rest. This is when the time comes for pruning the vineyard, cleaning up and removing the remains of the vines from the scaffolding. Soon everything will start all over again.
