We are driven by passion for great wine and thats why we wanted to share our passion with others. In 2012 we decided to establish a family vineyard, which has been growing ever since. The first fruit-bearing bushes and the first wine-making tests confirmed our belief that we had made a good decision. If you ever come to Uniejowice, you will have the opportunity to see for yourself. We have prepared a unique place for wine tasting especially for you.

Vineyard
Our vineyard currently covers over two hectares of noble grape varieties grown on the unique basalt soil in the Land of Extinct Volcanoes in the Kaczawskie Foothills. Near the medieval stronghold – the monumental Grodziec Castle – we planted and cultivate Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Johanniter, Solaris and the immortal Riesling shrubs.

In the fall, when the vineyard becomes empty, a new life begins in our winery. It is here that we turn carefully selected grapes into one-of-a-kind wines. We have added a refreshing rosé wine to the classic red and white wine repertoire. In the production we use only traditional methods while maintaining the highest wine standards.

The land of extinct volcanoes
Traveling south towards the Karkonosze Mountains, it is hard not to notice the gentle mountain peaks shining on the horizon. The Kaczawskie Mountains – because we are talking about them – are the oldest Polish volcanoes covered with trees. It is thanks to their prehistoric activity that the soil on which we grow our grapevines is so rich in minerals. In addition, extinct volcanoes are an undisputed treat for all lovers of active tourism.
